My Role & Contribution
Led the design and backend development of the inquiry system. I built custom Django models and REST API endpoints for handling messages, image attachments, and user sessions. I also implemented the embedded form in Shopify using Liquid and managed all integrations with Slack and email. Collaborated with the design team to ensure a responsive UI and frictionless customer experience.
